This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information that Rappier (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) collects through its owned and operated websites such as Unliche.com and analytics tools such as Unliche™ and its subdomains, software development kit (“SDK”), and API’s; including our Platforms hosted on our websites. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information.

Our software development kit and API’s allow the tracking of website and mobile application use, installations, downloads and website page visits. This privacy policy explains how we make use of data and information received from our customers that integrate our software development kit with their mobile application or website (“Customers”) and the end-users of those Customers (“End Users”). If not specifically defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in the Unliche’s Terms of Use, which is available at https://www.unliche.com/terms-of- service/.

We collect information under the direction of our Customers, and have no direct relationship with the individuals whose data we process. We respect the right to privacy of Customers and End Users. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. This privacy policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of any information we receive.

 

Information We Collect

In order to receive the Unliche Services, Customers will be required to register and provide us with certain information, including information that can be used to personally identify Customers; such as email address, first and last name, company name, company’s website. Customers may also need to provide their billing details, such as credit card number, should they choose to activate their account right away. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such personal information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to receive our Services.

 

Analytics End Users Information We Collect

Customers that use our Services to track the use of their mobile application will provide us with information regarding the characteristics and activities of their End Users, including information regarding downloads and installations of such mobile application and any information regarding in- app events such as in-app purchases. In the case of websites, information regarding website visits and activities of such website visitors. Unliche obtains this information as a result of data being sent to our servers from our SDK in an End User’s mobile application and/or website. The data collected by the SDK includes information such as IP address, User agent, platform, SDK version, anonymous User ID, time stamp, Developer Key, application version, device identifiers such as: IDFA (Identifier For Advertisers), Android ID (Android device), Google Advertiser ID, device model, manufacturer, OS version, in-app events, and network status (Wi- Fi/3G). End User data collected by the Unliche platform is presented to our Customers to analyze their applications. We provide our Customers with aggregated and anonymous benchmark data.

 

 

In certain instances, our Customers may choose to connect and integrate our platform with third parties that have partnered with Unliche. In order to do this, our Customers have to actively set parameters that allow for such integration and measurement. In such instances, information collected and processed may be provided to both the Customer and their partner networks. Here, we are again acting as a third-party processor on behalf of our Customers.

 

How We Use Information

The use of information collected through our service will be used for creating aggregate data and anonymous data, and for internal use or for improving the services and creating new features; data may include data of your End Users and such data of all other Customers. We will not share Personal Information provided to us other than as set forth under this Policy and except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order. We may use Personal Information internally – for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, help diagnose and prevent fraudulent activity, or to improve the Services and make Unliche more useful. We may retain Personal Information for as long as the applicable Customer account is active or as is necessary for us to provide Services, but we may adopt shorter retention period to the extent required by our partners. By “Personal Information” we mean any information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, e- mail address, or information about activities directly linked to such person.

By analyzing the information, we collect (including regarding End Users) we compile certain analytics regarding the use of our Customer’s mobile applications. We provide such analytics to our Customers. Analytics do not contain the Personal Information of any End User.

In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, we may compile aggregate or anonymize information across a variety of mobile applications and Customers (“Aggregate Information”). Aggregate Information is anonymous and we will not link Aggregate Information to any Personal Information. Aggregate Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. We may share such Aggregate Information with our partners, without restriction, on commercial terms that we can determine in our sole discretion.

 

How We Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, we encrypt such information during transmission and once we receive it, we store in highly-secure cloud servers with the best possible industry protection. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We encrypt sensitive information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We will make reasonable commercial efforts to delete any information provided to us by a Customer upon the receipt of a written request by such Customer. We cannot restore information that we have deleted.

 

Legal Disclosures

We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. We may also disclose your personal information to any other third party without your further prior consent if we believe it is necessary to protect our or your rights.

 

Third-Party Service Providers and Cross Border Transfers

We may transfer Personal Information within Rappier’s subsidiaries and branches and/or to third party service providers that help us provide our services. Such entities may be located in countries other than your own. Your information will only be shared within Rappier or such third parties in ways described in this privacy policy. The provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Customers cover such transfers to our third-party service providers; all our subsidiaries, employees and third-party service providers are subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations.

 

Tracking Technologies on Our Website

In operating the Services, we along with our third-party partners may use tracking technologies such as cookies, E-Tags, JavaScript, beacons and Local Storage such as HTML5. Our third-party partners also use Local Shared Objects (LSOs) such as Flash.

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the originating server when the visitor returns. Unliche uses cookies to help implement its tracking technology. Unliche does not store any Personal Information in cookies. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting so your browser either refuses all cookies or informs you when a cookie is being sent. Also, you are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that some features of Unliche may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.

E-Tag is a technology that is part of the standard HTTP protocol that allows our website to validate temporary storage (cache) of our pages and images. This ensures that you are viewing the latest version of our website since your last visit.

JavaScript is a dynamic object-oriented computer programming language. JavaScript is used to understand user behavior on our website. Local Storage (LS) such as HTML5 and Local Shared Objects (LSOs) such as Flash are used to store content information and preferences. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LS’s.

Beacons are clear graphic image(s) of 1×1 pixel that is delivered through a web browser usually as part of a webpage request. Web beacons operate as a tag that records an end user’s visit to a particular webpage.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system and/or clickstream data.

We advertise our services on other sites. Such sites may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.

 

Use of Unliche by Children

 Unliche does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, and you must be 18 years of age or older in order to establish an account with Unliche. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has enrolled, please contact us immediately at info@unliche.com and we will remove their information from our system immediately.

 

Geo-Location

We may collect geo-location information from users that enable this feature (or allow for such collection when prompted through a notification) when using applications with our technology.

 

Social Widgets

Our website includes Social Media Features, such as the Share button or links to social networks like Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Facebook. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Widgets allow you to share our Blog articles on your social media page. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the service.

 

Blog

Our Website offers publicly accessible blogs that may be shared on various social networks. Our blog is managed by a third-party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have control of the comments posted to the blog (even though we reserve our right to moderate such comments). You will need to contact or login into the third- party application if you want your personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. To learn how the third-party application uses your information, please review their privacy policy. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the service.

 

Third-Party Links

Our website includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Unliche. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by their privacy policies, if any. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

 

Newsletter

You may choose to receive our Newsletter, which provide you with updates and weekly tips. Your email address is required to sign up. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page, or you can contact us at info@unliche.com.

We may also send you service related non-promotional email announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so, for example, during provision of maintenance services.

 

Commitment to protecting children’s privacy

Special Note to Parents
Unliche does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, and you must be 18 years of age or older in order to establish an account for Unliche. If you are a parent of guardian who knows or has discovered that you child under the age of 18 has submitted his or her personal information or other information without your consent, permission, or authorization; upon request, we will promptly remove your child’s personal information or other information from our database, cease the use of such information and direct any other party with access to such information to do the same.

 

Access to Data

We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Information we process. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the service provider (the data controller).

 

Data Retention

We may retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to them. We may adopt shorter retention periods if so directed by them. We may retain and use this Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

 

Remarketing

We use third party vendor re-marketing tracking cookies, including Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise trigger across the Internet. AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the Unliche website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer. The cookie is used to say – “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.”

We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our information practices from time to time. If we make any material changes we may notify our Customer by email or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective.
